A very quick, fun, and easy paper craft!

How to create your own:

  1. Cut a long rectangle out of Painted Paper
  2. Fold in half
  3. Cut diagonal slits into the bottom to the center to create the two bottom points
  4. Fold over a string and glue in place
  5. Continue with as many pieces as you'd like!

Ideas for variations:

  • Cut different shapes on the bottom of your paper strips
    Rounded for a scalloped look, triangle, square, etc.
  • Use specific colors for party themes
  • Add a name or a HAPPY BIRTHDAY to customize for a specific event
